7.1 Payment Providers
Payments may be handled through Stripe or another third party payment provider. Lusty Looters does not require players to provide payment card details directly to server staff through Discord or in game.
Transaction, subscription, invoice, and delivery records may be used to verify purchases, deliver rewards, investigate failed delivery, prevent fraud, resolve support issues, and enforce webstore rules.
7.2 Refund Terms
Change-of-mind refunds are not guaranteed after correct digital delivery. Delivery failures, duplicate charges, incorrect deliveries, and verified service errors will be reviewed for an appropriate remedy. Nothing in this section limits a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7.3 Chargebacks and Payment Abuse
A legitimate payment inquiry, billing-error report, or chargeback is not automatically treated as fraud. Players are encouraged to contact official support first where practical so a delivery or billing issue can be investigated promptly, but this does not remove any legal right to dispute a transaction.
Intentionally false claims, unauthorised use of another person’s payment method, repeated abusive disputes, or deliberate misuse of store systems may result in a proportionate restriction, removal of unpaid or reversed benefits, store action, Discord action, or server action. Restrictions may be reviewed while a genuine payment dispute is investigated.
7.4 Reasonable Changes to Paid Benefits
Paid items, currency, perks, or services may be reasonably adjusted where necessary for balance, abuse prevention, technical compatibility, rule enforcement, server health, or legal compliance. Changes should be proportionate and should not retrospectively remove the essential value of a completed purchase without an appropriate remedy where one is required.
If a material paid benefit can no longer be provided, available outcomes may include delivery elsewhere in the eligible cluster, correction, a reasonably equivalent replacement, store credit, cancellation, a partial remedy, or refund where appropriate or required by law.
7.5 Server-Specific Perk Eligibility
Supporter ranks, store rewards, digital items, commands, delivery systems, discounts, recovery access, decay benefits, chat effects, and other digital benefits may only be available on eligible Lusty Looters servers.
Some servers may have supporter perks, store items, commands, rewards, or rank benefits disabled, limited, delayed, replaced, or unavailable for balance, progression, event rules, testing, technical limitations, rule enforcement, server health, economy protection, or abuse prevention. This may include event, test, progression, restricted, newly released, temporary, or limited-support servers.
Where practical, eligibility and restrictions will be shown on the relevant store page, product page, supporter rank page, or service notice before purchase. A verified restriction or delivery problem will be handled under Sections 7.2 and 7.4.
7.6 Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
A product identified as a monthly supporter subscription renews automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Successful renewal may extend time-based perks and create a new monthly reward entitlement. The linked Discord and EOS accounts must remain accurate so benefits can be applied.
7.7 Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions may be managed or cancelled through the Lusty Looters subscription page and the payment provider’s billing portal. Unless otherwise stated at cancellation, cancellation stops future renewals and existing supporter access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed billing period.
7.8 Failed Subscription Payments
If a renewal payment fails, the payment provider may retry the payment in line with its disclosed billing process. Supporter access may be marked past due, suspended, or removed if payment is not completed. Access may be restored after a successful payment where the subscription remains eligible.
7.9 Subscription Price Changes
Reasonable advance notice will be given before a changed subscription price is charged at a future renewal. Players may cancel before that renewal. Price changes do not retrospectively alter a completed billing period.
7.10 Delivery, Verification, and Recording
Automatic delivery may require the correct linked account, character, eligible server, available inventory space, and the player to be online. Players should confirm the selected server and delivery details before submitting an order.
Players are strongly encouraged to record item and reward deliveries. Where possible, begin recording before confirming delivery, show the selected server and character, keep the relevant inventory visible, and continue until the delivered contents have been checked. The recording should not expose payment details, login credentials, private messages, or other unnecessary personal information.
A recording can help resolve a missing, incomplete, duplicate, or incorrect delivery, but it is not the only accepted evidence. Failure to record does not automatically invalidate a genuine claim or remove any non-excludable legal right. Store, command, delivery, inventory, and server logs may also be reviewed.
7.11 Currency, Price, and Taxes
The applicable price, billing interval, currency, and any taxes or charges collected by the payment provider will be shown at or before checkout. Gold Nuggets, rewards, and other server currency have no cash value and are not redeemable for money.
7.12 Extended Downtime and Permanent Closure
During announced extended downtime, new purchases or subscription renewals may be paused, restricted, or cancelled where practical. Temporary equipment hosting or relocation does not itself end existing accounts or rights.
If Lusty Looters permanently closes or a material paid service becomes unavailable for an extended period, future recurring payments will be stopped as soon as reasonably practical and any remedy for an unused paid period will be assessed under the product terms and applicable law.
7.13 Experimental and Test Products
Certain webstore products, including one-time purchases and subscriptions, may be marked as experimental or test products while a feature, reward, delivery method, balance setting, supporter benefit, or other product behaviour is still being evaluated. When this setting is enabled, checkout will display a separate experimental-product notice and acknowledgement. The player must tick that acknowledgement before the purchase or subscription can continue.
An experimental or test product is still a normal purchase using the payment mode shown at checkout. If the item is a subscription, it remains a recurring subscription under the displayed billing cycle until cancelled in accordance with the subscription terms. The experimental designation means the product or its associated benefits may be unfinished, adjusted, rebalanced, paused, replaced, or withdrawn as testing continues. Material limitations that are known before purchase should be disclosed in the product description or checkout notice where reasonably practical.
By ticking the experimental-product acknowledgement, the player confirms they have read and accepted the disclosed experimental nature of that product or subscription. The acknowledgement does not exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantee, refund right, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Where an experimental product is not supplied as described or a legal remedy is otherwise required, the applicable rights and remedies continue to apply.
7.14 Randomised Webstore Rewards & Dino Pool
Some webstore products use a random outcome. Depending on the product, the creature, item, reward, variant, quantity, bundle component, or other digital benefit you receive may be selected at random. Unless the product description expressly says otherwise, a random outcome cannot be chosen in advance, exchanged, rerolled, or replaced simply because a different result was preferred. By completing a purchase that displays a random-outcome acknowledgement, you confirm that you understand and accept this selection method.
Random Dino webstore rewards draw only from the eligible creature pool shown below. A single-dino random reward gives one random creature from this pool. Multi-dino random rewards give the quantity stated on the product and, unless that product states otherwise, duplicate creature rolls are disabled.
Reward dinos are currently delivered at level 375, with a random gender, not neutered, and in a cryopod. The exact creature is selected at random from the visible eligible pool at the time the reward is delivered.
Use the Copy link button beside any dino to copy a direct URL to that exact dino. Opening the link will jump to and highlight that dino.
