Code of Conduct.

Detailed community, security, gameplay, building, store, and enforcement rules for the Lusty Looters cluster.

LUSTY LOOTERS | CODE OF CONDUCT

These rules apply across the Lusty Looters ARK cluster, Discord community, website, store, player support spaces, events, and related services. They are intended to keep the cluster fair, secure, usable, and enjoyable while giving staff clear authority to respond when conduct harms the community or its services.

These rules must be read together with the Legal Notice. The Legal Notice explains service access, availability, privacy, store terms, digital items, logs, moderation records, gameplay loss, and final management authority.

โš ๏ธ

PvE does not mean consequence free interference. PvP style actions that harass players, obstruct progress, steal an active opportunity, create avoidable loss, or give an unfair advantage may still be treated as rule violations.

โš–๏ธ

Play Fair

Do not grief, exploit, interfere with others, or create an unfair advantage.

๐Ÿ๏ธ

Keep Spawn Clear

Starter beaches and high traffic entry areas must stay usable for new players.

๐Ÿ—๏ธ

Build Responsibly

Do not block content, abuse decay, or create avoidable server strain.

๐Ÿ”’

Protect the Community

DDoS attacks, malicious links, account attacks, doxxing, and service abuse are prohibited.

๐Ÿงพ

Store Rules Still Apply

Purchases and rewards do not exempt items, tames, or players from enforcement.

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ

Respect Staff Process

Use tickets for disputes, reports, appeals, and purchase or delivery reviews.

Legal Notice

The Legal Notice forms part of the Lusty Looters rules. It covers access, privacy, moderation records, payments, consumer notices, digital item limits, gameplay loss, and final authority. Non excludable legal rights still apply where required.

I

SECTION I: COMMUNITY & DISCORD CONDUCT

1.1 Respectful Conduct

1.1.1

Do not use hate speech, slurs, discrimination, targeted harassment, or sustained personal attacks.

1.1.2

Do not threaten, intimidate, stalk, blackmail, sexually harass, or encourage violence, suicide, or self-harm.

1.1.3

Do not troll, bait, provoke conflict, or continue unwanted banter after being told to stop.

1.2 Accessibility & Communication

1.2.1

Do not mock, imitate, rush, or belittle anyone because of disability, speech, accent, age, typing style, response time, or use of communication assistance.

1.2.2

Voice chat is optional. Do not demand private, medical, disability, or family information, and do not use disclosed information to harm or shame anyone.

1.3 Prohibited Content

1.3.1

Do not post NSFW, pornographic, illegal, excessively graphic, extremist, exploitative, or intentionally disturbing content.

1.3.2

This rule applies to names, signs, paintings, profiles, messages, voice chat, links, images, and files.

1.4 Privacy, Doxxing & Real-World Threats

1.4.1

Do not collect, request, publish, threaten to publish, or encourage the sharing of another person's private information.

1.4.2

Private information includes real names, addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, workplaces, schools, photographs, credentials, family information, and private conversations.

1.4.3

Doxxing, swatting, impersonating emergency services, and credible real-world threats may result in an immediate permanent ban.

1.5 Channels, Spam & Advertising

1.5.1

Use channels and tickets for their stated purpose. Do not flood messages, mass ping, spam links or emojis, disrupt voice channels, or derail support.

1.5.2

Do not advertise other servers, communities, products, services, referrals, or Discord invites without management approval.

1.6 Impersonation, Names & Staff Decisions

1.6.1

Do not impersonate staff, players, developers, system messages, or Lusty Looters representatives.

1.6.2

Do not publish false announcements, fabricate allegations, or alter evidence to mislead players or staff.

1.6.3

Player, tribe, character, and creature names must not be offensive, political, inflammatory, or misleading.

1.6.4

Do not argue moderation decisions publicly. Use an official ticket for questions, disputes, or appeals.

II

SECTION II: FAIR PLAY & PLAYER CONDUCT

2.1 Griefing & PvE Interference

2.1.1

Do not grief, trap, box in, obstruct, deceive, or deliberately cause another player to lose progress or property.

2.1.2

Do not repeatedly target a player or retaliate against anyone for reporting an issue or cooperating with staff.

2.1.3

Do not use technically permitted mechanics to produce a clearly harmful or unfair result.

2.2 PvP-Style Actions in PvE

2.2.1

Do not pick up players or tames without permission, drown sleeping players, drag bodies into danger, or expose logged-out players to damage.

2.2.2

Do not kite wild creatures, bosses, enraged creatures, or hazards into another player, tame, trap, or base.

2.2.3

Do not use creatures, vehicles, rafts, skiffs, platforms, structures, or bodies to push, trap, block, or damage another player.

2.3 Taming, Bait & Trap Interference

2.3.1

Do not interfere with an active tame. A tame is active when it is trapped, knocked out, being passively fed, tracked, defended, or clearly monitored.

2.3.2

Do not kill the creature, wake it, remove food, steal bait, damage the trap, lure it away, or build around it.

2.3.3

An abandoned trap does not reserve nearby creatures, but do not damage or use the trap without permission or staff approval.

2.4 Theft & Player Property

2.4.1

Do not take another player's death cache, dropped bag, storage, crafting inventory, delivery, or tame inventory without permission. Unlocked does not mean public.

2.4.2

Do not claim creatures, structures, or equipment that you know belong to an active player without owner or staff approval.

2.4.3

Return property delivered or transferred to you by mistake. Staff cannot guarantee recovery where access was voluntarily granted.

2.5 Trading & Scamming

2.5.1

Honour agreed trades. Do not switch items, misrepresent stats or mutations, falsify evidence, substitute creatures, or leave without completing your side.

2.5.2

Keep evidence of valuable trades and loans. Deliberately refusing to return an agreed loan may be treated as scamming.

2.6 Cheats, Bots & Automation

2.6.1

Do not use, share, sell, request, or advertise ESP, aimbots, injected tools, modified clients, packet manipulation, wallhacks, or other unauthorised software.

2.6.2

Do not use bots, macros, scripts, or autoclickers to automate gameplay. Accessibility tools are allowed only when they do not automate play or create an unfair advantage.

2.7 Bugs, Exploits & Duplication

2.7.1

Report bugs, broken mechanics, unintended commands, mesh locations, duplication methods, and balance errors. Do not exploit them.

2.7.2

Do not duplicate property or enter, build, attack, store items, or travel through unintended mesh areas.

2.7.3

Do not keep, trade, breed, distribute, or conceal exploited property. Staff may remove it without compensation.

III

SECTION III: BASES, BUILDING & SPAWN AREAS

3.1 Restricted Building Locations

3.1.1

Do not build in artifact caves, mission zones, boss areas, mesh locations, or anywhere that blocks progression or creates a technical risk.

3.1.2

Do not block obelisks, terminals, explorer notes, cave or surface entrances, charge nodes, player or creature spawns, or required travel routes.

3.1.3

Do not block important resources or reserve large areas your tribe is not actively using.

3.2 Obstruction, Spam & Performance-Heavy Builds

3.2.1

Do not use excessive foundations, pillars, gates, beds, wires, pipes, or other structures to claim land.

3.2.2

Do not build near an active base to block entrances, expansion, spawns, or provoke a dispute.

3.2.3

Do not create performance-heavy builds. Staff may order changes or remove structures that cause lag, crashes, loading issues, instability, or obstruction.

3.3 Inactive Bases & Decay Abuse

3.3.1

Bases inactive for 30 days are considered abandoned and may be cleared.

3.3.2

Do not refresh timers solely to preserve an unused base or extend another tribe's abandoned structures. Cleanup may occur without notice.

3.4 Spawn Beach & Starter Area Cleanup

3.4.1

Keep starter beaches and high-traffic spawn areas clear. Do not place large bases, breeding areas, creature storage, or obstructive traps there.

3.4.2

Unattended starter-kit creatures and exposed logged-out characters may be removed. Characters inside structures are exempt only from character cleanup.

3.4.3

The character-cleanup exemption does not protect illegal, abandoned, obstructive, or performance-heavy structures.

3.5 Temporary Traps & Old Structures

3.5.1

Remove temporary traps, pens, beds, boxes, gates, campfires, outposts, and spam after use. Public traps must be maintained, marked, and non-obstructive.

3.5.2

Temporary or abandoned structures that block travel, content, resources, or spawns may be removed without notice. Repeated abandonment may be punished.

TEMP

TEMPORARY DECAYED STRUCTURE DEMOLITION

Temporary Decayed Structure Demolition Rule

T.1

Do not demolish another player's structures without prior ticket approval, even if they appear abandoned, unlocked, decayed, or demolishable.

T.2

Your ticket must include the map, location, tribe or player name, and screenshots. Approval covers only the structures and area named in that ticket.

T.3

Do not extend approval to nearby containers, tames, vehicles, structures, or bases. Unapproved demolition may be treated as griefing or theft.

IV

SECTION IV: TAMES, TRAPS & PERFORMANCE

4.1 Dino Quantity & Server Performance

4.1.1

No fixed cluster-wide creature cap applies unless management announces one.

4.1.2

Keep active creature numbers reasonable and store unused creatures in approved cryopods or Cryo Balls.

4.1.3

Obey staff instructions to pod, relocate, or reduce creatures for performance. Refusal may result in forced removal.

4.2 Tame Exploits, Duplication & Improper Acquisition

4.2.1

Do not obtain, clone, duplicate, alter, or keep creatures through exploits, bugs, unintended systems, unauthorised commands, or unauthorised staff requests.

4.2.2

Exploited creatures may be removed without compensation, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4.3 Trap Responsibility

4.3.1

Remove temporary traps after use. Do not block travel, spawns, resources, or taming access.

4.3.2

Do not use traps to grief, claim large areas, interfere with tames, or hold creatures solely to deny them to others.

4.4 New Map Transfer Restrictions

4.4.1

New-map item and creature transfers remain disabled until management announces otherwise. Character transfers must follow the launch announcement.

4.4.2

Do not bypass transfer restrictions. Losses caused by ignored warnings or unsupported transfers will not normally be replaced.

4.5 Breeding Areas

4.5.1

Manage breeding. Do not leave excessive newborns, eggs, corpses, dropped items, or unwanted creatures; lag-causing breeding areas may be cleared.

4.6 Creature & Vehicle Obstruction

4.6.1

Do not park creatures, rafts, skiffs, or vehicles where they block public content, paths, spawns, teleporters, or bases. Obstructions may be removed.

4.7 Maximum Dino Base Stats

4.7.1

Tamed creatures are limited to 100 base points in any individual stat. Do not intentionally breed, transfer, or alter creatures to exceed this limit.

4.7.2

Do not attempt to bypass, reverse, or exploit the automatic stat realignment system. Creatures above the limit may be corrected or removed.

V

SECTION V: STORE, REWARDS & DIGITAL ITEMS

5.1 Purchases Do Not Override Rules

5.1.1

Purchases, supporter perks, and rewards do not override these rules or protect an account or property from enforcement.

5.1.2

Purchased property becomes normal in-game property after delivery and remains subject to these rules and the Legal Notice.

5.2 Use of Webstore Items

5.2.1

Use webstore items exactly as delivered. Do not convert, copy, transfer, or recreate an item as a blueprint unless it was delivered as one.

5.2.2

Do not duplicate, resell, exploit, alter, manipulate, repeatedly trigger, or knowingly retain duplicate store deliveries.

5.3 Monitoring, Tracking & Review

5.3.1

Store, delivery, reward, vote, and purchase activity may be logged and reviewed for support, moderation, and fraud prevention.

5.3.2

Do not destroy, conceal, alter, or fabricate records connected to a store, reward, vote, or delivery investigation.

5.4 Purchased Creatures, Loss & Refund Limits

5.4.1

Losses caused by gameplay, player actions, negligence, voluntarily granted access, or rule enforcement are not automatically eligible for replacement, refund, or compensation.

5.4.2

Verified server-side errors, failed deliveries, duplicate charges, or incorrect deliveries may be reviewed. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

5.5 Store & Economy Fair Use

5.5.1

Do not exploit incorrect prices, sell values, rewards, cooldowns, commands, balances, or delivery errors.

5.5.2

Stop and report an obvious economy error. Staff may correct balances, property, or progression and punish abuse.

5.6 Payment, Reward & Real-Money Trading Abuse

5.6.1

Do not use stolen payment methods, fraudulent payments, false chargebacks, forged receipts, or alternate accounts to abuse rewards.

5.6.2

Do not trade accounts, tribes, items, creatures, currency, or services for real money unless management authorises it. Do not trade stolen, duplicated, or fraudulently obtained property.

VI

SECTION VI: REPORTS, MODERATION & ENFORCEMENT

6.1 Reports, Tickets & Evidence

6.1.1

Use official tickets for reports, appeals, base checks, losses, purchases, deliveries, security issues, and rule questions. Include the map, coordinates, names, time, and evidence.

6.1.2

Reports must be truthful. Do not stage, crop, alter, or omit context from evidence to create a misleading account.

6.2 Ticket Conduct, Privacy & Staff Time

6.2.1

Be respectful in tickets. Do not spam resolved issues, abuse staff, or publish ticket material to harass, threaten, or pressure anyone.

6.2.2

Do not waste staff time. If you open a ticket, you are expected to remain available and respond to reasonable staff follow-ups. Do not repeatedly open tickets and then abandon them, ignore staff responses, or leave staff waiting when the issue is no longer being pursued.

6.2.3

If you no longer need assistance, say so or close the ticket. Repeatedly wasting staff time through abandoned, unnecessary, or non-responsive tickets may result in ticket restrictions or other enforcement.

6.3 Staff Investigations

6.3.1

Staff may review relevant server, admin, Discord, website, store, delivery, and moderation records. Do not destroy, conceal, alter, or fabricate evidence.

6.3.2

Staff are not required to disclose private logs, security methods, reporter identities, internal discussions, or confidential moderation information.

6.4 Rules Are Not Exhaustive

6.4.1

These rules are not a loophole list. Harmful conduct may be enforced even when the exact method is not named.

6.4.2

Do not exploit technical wording to produce a prohibited or clearly harmful result.

6.5 Enforcement Outcomes

6.5.1

Enforcement may include warnings, content or property removal, corrections, restrictions, temporary bans, or permanent bans.

6.5.2

The outcome depends on severity, intent, impact, evidence, cooperation, and previous conduct.

6.5.3

DDoS activity, doxxing, credible threats, severe cheating, and deliberate exploitation may result in an immediate permanent ban without warning.

6.6 Associated Property & Accounts

6.6.1

Property obtained through prohibited conduct may be removed. Enforcement may extend to linked accounts used for ban evasion, shared ownership, or coordinated abuse.

6.7 Appeals & Final Moderation Decisions

6.7.1

Submit appeals through an official ticket with relevant new evidence. An appeal does not pause or reverse an enforcement action.

6.7.2

Do not argue publicly, harass, threaten, review-bomb, or pressure staff. The Server Manager or Owner makes the final decision, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

VII

SECTION VII: ADMINISTRATION STANDARDS

7.1 Neutral Use of Admin Tools

7.1.1

Admins must not use commands or tools to benefit themselves, their tribe, friends, or personal progression.

7.1.2

Admin actions involving spawning, teleporting, recovery, delivery, tribe changes, or moderation must serve a legitimate support or operational purpose.

7.2 Command Logging & Approval

7.2.1

Admin actions affecting players, property, recovery, delivery, tribes, or moderation must be recorded where required by server process and may be reviewed.

7.2.2

Major actions require approval from the Head Admin, Server Manager, or Owner.

7.3 Conflicts of Interest

7.3.1

Admins must not investigate or moderate disputes involving their own tribe, close friends, alternate accounts, or personal conflicts where another authorised staff member is available.

7.3.2

Staff must declare all alternate accounts and relevant conflicts to management.

7.4 Admin Compensation & Giveaway Eligibility

7.4.1

Admins may not receive in-game loss compensation or enter giveaways unless that giveaway is explicitly open to staff.

VIII

SECTION VIII: SECURITY & SERVICE ABUSE

8.1 DDoS & Denial-of-Service Attacks

8.1.1

Do not attempt, arrange, purchase, encourage, assist, or threaten a denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attack against any server, service, provider, staff member, or player.

8.1.2

Do not advertise, share, or arrange booters, stressers, botnets, or target lists. Attack threats or claims presented as jokes may be treated as genuine.

8.1.3

Do not perform security or load testing without written approval from the Server Owner. Credible attacks may cause an immediate permanent ban and referral to providers or authorities.

8.2 Malicious Links, Files & IP Collection

8.2.1

Do not send IP grabbers, malicious redirects, token or cookie stealers, malware, spyware, ransomware, or remote-access payloads.

8.2.2

Do not disguise malicious content with short links, QR codes, fake logins, misleading downloads, altered extensions, or deceptive previews.

8.2.3

Do not phish for, collect, share, sell, publish, or threaten to expose IP addresses, credentials, session data, or private account information.

8.3 Unauthorised Access

8.3.1

Do not access or attempt to access another person's account, tribe, character, ticket, private data, staff tool, database, bot, panel, command, or restricted endpoint.

8.3.2

Do not guess passwords, stuff credentials, steal sessions, bypass authentication, socially engineer access, or knowingly use a compromised account.

8.4 Website, Store, Bot & API Abuse

8.4.1

Do not flood requests, bypass rate limits, automate restricted actions, scrape private information, or deliberately overload cluster services.

8.4.2

Do not forge deliveries, votes, rewards, payments, account links, webhooks, bot responses, or bypass security, permissions, restrictions, and verification systems.

8.5 Vulnerability Reporting

8.5.1

Report suspected vulnerabilities privately through an official ticket and stop testing unless the Server Owner gives written approval.

8.5.2

Do not disclose, demonstrate, sell, or exploit a vulnerability, access data, modify records, interrupt services, duplicate property, or test other accounts.

8.6 Ban & Restriction Evasion

8.6.1

Do not use alternate accounts, shared accounts, VPNs, proxies, new Discord accounts, or other methods to evade a ban or restriction.

8.6.2

Helping a banned player return, communicate through you, recover restricted property, or conceal an alternate account may result in enforcement against your account.

8.6.3

Alternate accounts must not be used to bypass tribe, store, event, giveaway, cooldown, transfer, vote, or reward limitations.

IX

SECTION IX: RESPONSIBILITY & FINAL CONDITIONS

9.1 Player & Account Responsibility

9.1.1

You must know the current rules. Not reading them is not a defence.

9.1.2

Account owners are responsible for account activity. Protect your credentials and promptly report suspected compromise.

9.2 Interpretation & Management Authority

9.2.1

Management may interpret, update, and enforce these rules. Current published rules and temporary official instructions apply, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

BY USING LUSTY LOOTERS, YOU ACCEPT THESE RULES AND THE LEGAL NOTICE.

These rules apply across the cluster, Discord community, player support spaces, and related services where relevant. The Legal Notice applies alongside them and covers service access, availability, privacy, logs, payments, digital items, loss, and final service authority.

Server management reserves the right to interpret, enforce, update, or waive rules where needed to protect the cluster, players, economy, performance, safety, or services, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Rules and related service conditions may be updated when needed. Continued use of Lusty Looters after a change means the current version applies, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

๐Ÿ“œ

Need a Staff Check?
