LUSTY LOOTERS | CODE OF CONDUCT

This message outlines the rules and enforcement standards for all players within the Lusty Looters cluster. By accessing any part of the Lusty Looters servers or Discord services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

⚠️ While Lusty Looters is a PvE environment, PvP-style actions that result in harassment, griefing, or unfair advantage are included in this list and will be treated as rule violations.

SECTION I — DISCORD CONDUCT
1.1
Personal Conduct

Hate speech, targeted harassment, slurs, threats, and defamation are not tolerated.
Trolling, baiting, and disruptive behavior will result in action.

1.2
Content Restrictions

NSFW, shock, or illegal content is prohibited.

1.3
Channel Use

Channels must be used for their intended purpose.
Do not derail conversations or misuse support channels.

1.4
Spam & Promotion

No unsolicited advertising or invites.
No excessive pinging, emoji spam, or link flooding.

1.5
Moderator Respect

Do not argue with moderators in public. Use tickets for appeals or clarification.

SECTION II — ARK SERVER CONDUCT
2.1
Player Behavior

Griefing is strictly prohibited. This includes trapping, boxing, and blocking progress.
PvP-style actions, including flyer pickups, bait stealing, and drowning tames, are included in this list and punishable.
Starter kit dinos and characters must not be left unattended on spawn beaches. Abandoned ones may be cleared by staff.

2.2
Exploit Prohibition

No ESP, macros, bots, or third-party tools.
Known bugs or unintended mechanics must be reported, not exploited.

2.3
Building Regulations

No building in artifact caves, mission zones, or meshable areas.
Excessive foundation spam is not allowed.
Obstructive or performance-heavy builds may be removed.
Bases inactive for 30 days are considered abandoned and may be cleared at staff discretion. Exploiting or blocking decay is not allowed.

2.4
Naming Rules

No impersonation of staff.
No offensive, political, or troll names for players or tribes.

SECTION III — TAMES & WILDLIFE
3.1
Taming Conduct

Do not kill passive tames or interfere with active tame attempts.
Bait stealing, trap griefing, or kiting wilds into players is prohibited and included in this list.

3.2
Dino Limits

There is no set dino cap per tribe across the cluster.
However, if your tames are causing performance issues for the server or other players, you will be asked to pod, or Cryo Ball, or reduce them.
Refusal to do so may result in force removal of excess or unpodded tames by admins.

3.3
Abuse of Tames

No cloning glitches, forced admin spawning, or exploit-based taming.
Misused tames may be deleted without compensation.

SECTION IV — ADMIN CONDUCT
4.1
Neutrality

Admins are prohibited from using commands or tools to benefit themselves or their tribe.
Admin characters are allowed within the cluster but must operate with full transparency. They may not be used for personal gain or tribe progression. Any interaction with players, including spawning, teleporting, or giving items, must serve a clear administrative or support purpose and may be subject to logging and review.

4.2
Command Logging

Any Admins action affecting players must be logged.
Major actions require approval from the Head Admin or Server Manager.

4.3
Conflict of Interest

Admins cannot moderate issues involving their own tribe, friends, or alts.
All alternate accounts must be declared.

SECTION V — CLUSTER ENFORCEMENT
5.1
PvP Actions in PvE

Although this is a PvE cluster, PvP-style griefing actions are still punished.
Examples: drowning players, pick-trapping, stealing tames, luring wilds into bases.

5.2
Rule Interpretation

Exploiting loopholes or unlisted behavior will be handled at staff discretion.

5.3
Ban Appeals

All appeals must be submitted through a ticket.
Final decisions are made by the Server Manager or Owner.

SECTION VI — WEBSTORE ENFORCEMENT
6.1
Use of Webstore Items

All webstore items must be used exactly as delivered.
Items not provided as blueprints may not be converted, transferred, or recreated as blueprints in any form.

6.2
Monitoring & Tracking

All saddle and blueprint activity is actively tracked and logged.
Relevant activity is automatically reported to administrators for review.

6.3
Death of Purchased Creatures

Creatures purchased through the webstore are treated the same as any other in-game creature once delivered.
Death, loss, or destruction of purchased creatures due to gameplay, player actions, PvE encounters, server mechanics, or negligence is not eligible for replacement or refund.
Exceptions may only be considered in cases of verified server-side error or failed delivery, at staff discretion.
All decisions regarding creature loss, replacement, or denial are final and handled by server management.

6.4
Refunds & Item Removal

Items removed due to rule violations or misuse are not eligible for refunds or replacement.

BY PLAYING ON LUSTY LOOTERS, YOU ACCEPT ALL TERMS ABOVE.

These rules are enforced across all maps and services. Administration reserve the right to issue punishment without further notice.

This cluster has historically maintained a lax and informal approach to rule enforcement. Most situations are handled privately or with soft warnings.

However, if conduct escalates, becomes repeat behavior, or starts affecting others' gameplay, enforcement will be formalized and actions may be taken without further notice.
